We handle every project personally, from the estimate through final walkthrough. No subcontractors, no hand-offs. The same people who quote your job are the ones grinding your floor and applying your coating.
How We Work
We do not do rushed 1-day installations. Proper prep takes time - diamond grinding, crack repair, moisture testing. If the slab is not ready, we don't coat it. Whether a job takes one day, two days, or three, we do it right the first time.
If a timeline is tight, we will let you know upfront what's realistic. We would rather be honest about what a job needs than rush it and have you calling us back in a year.
Our Story
John started in homebuilding, installing coatings on his own projects because he couldn't find contractors who prepped floors the way he wanted. That hands-on experience turned into a trade he's been doing for nearly two decades.
When Jalin came on board, starting a dedicated coating business made sense. No more squeezing installs between other jobs. Just concrete coatings, done properly, for homeowners and businesses across central New Mexico.
