Every floor we install is backed by a 15-year warranty covering material failure and defects. If the coating delaminates, peels, or fails under normal use, we make it right.

Any current or future cracks in the underlying concrete (coatings follow the slab so if it cracks, the coating will too)
Physical damage from dropping tools, dragged equipment, or impact
Damage from chemicals not intended for coated surfaces
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Expansion joints, stem walls, and any vertical surfaces (steps, trim boards, foundation walls)
Damage caused by failure to observe required cure times

Cure Time Requirements
The 15-year warranty requires that the floor be allowed to cure properly before use. Failure to observe these cure times voids the warranty.
No foot traffic for 4 hours
No heavy items placed on the surface for 12 hours
No vehicle traffic for 24 hours

We're certified installers for Amazing Garage Floors and Simiron coatings, and we don't cut corners on prep. Every floor gets diamond ground, properly repaired, and coated with commercial-grade materials. Proper preparation is why our coatings last, and why we can stand behind them for 15 years.

Why do you offer a 15-year warranty when most competitors offer less?
Proper prep. We diamond grind every floor, repair cracks and damage before coating, and use commercial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems. Most failures come from skipped prep or cheap materials. We don't skip steps.
