We're certified installers for Amazing Garage Floors and Simiron coatings, and we don't cut corners on prep. Every floor gets diamond ground, properly repaired, and coated with commercial-grade materials. Proper preparation is why our coatings last, and why we can stand behind them for 15 years.

What isn't covered?
Cracks in the concrete itself, physical damage from impact or dragging heavy objects, and damage from harsh chemicals or improper cleaning.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
No, our warranty covers the original property owner only.
Why do you offer a 15-year warranty when most competitors offer less?
Proper prep. We diamond grind every floor, repair cracks and damage before coating, and use commercial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems. Most failures come from skipped prep or cheap materials. We don't skip steps.
